This property is located 22km west of Lismore and 15km east of Casino.

• Accumulation Farm The North Coast is predominantly a cow and calf area with a wide range breeds and sale weights. With the infrastructure that is in place the property is well placed to be an accumulation farm where vealers from weekly cattle sales and direct from other farms could be grouped together by breed and by weight and either reared on farm for a while or shipped to other backgrounding farms. Throughout the year there are large numbers of vealers that are sold under 200kg and they could be grown out for a time on a grain/silage assist diet the shipped closer to a weight of 250kg+.
• Beef Cows and Calves If the desire of the purchaser was to run a less intensive system then a 200cow breeder herd could be run. The highly productive nature of the property would allow a high level of cow numbers to be run and because of the quality of the pastures the vealers would be turned off at 300kg+ and sold directly into backgrounding markets.
• Re-establish as a dairy It would take very little work to re-establish the farm as a dairy. All pipework is still in place excepting the breast and breach rails, second hand machines could be reinstalled and a milk vat purchased. All plumbing and electrical wiring and switches are still in place. Outside the dairy paddocks and laneways are still functional.
